application

First, use the soft sponge tip to gently apply the matt eyebrow powder with a highly pigmented cream-to-powder texture in the direction the brow hairs grow.
Then apply the delicately shimmering highlighter of the GOKOS BrowLighter directly under the brow and blend gently.
For a more intense look, simply open and close the color cartridge several times.
