How does the color cartridge work?
The soft sponge tip absorbs a precisely dosed amount of the creamy-powdery cosmetic texture every time the color cartridge is closed, and the clever, small make-up stick is ready to use - without any crumbs and without cumbersome application. For a more intense look, simply open and close the color cartridge several times.
How do I exchange the Color Cartridge for a new refill?
If your previous color cartridge is used up or if you want to replace it, you just have to twist it off the pen. So that the previous color on the soft sponge tip is completely removed, simply clean the soft sponge tip with a dry cosmetic tissue. If the soft sponge tip no longer contains any color, the new refill can simply be turned on and your pen is refilled and ready to use.
Are GOKOS products not tested on animals?
GOKOS naturally rejects animal testing. We do not test on animals and do not commission any animal testing. We expressly speak out against animal testing and therefore very much welcome the fact that animal testing for cosmetics is banned in the EU.
Does GOKOS offer vegan products?
GOKOS is not a purely vegan brand. However, we would also like to meet your needs and of course also offer many vegan products in our range. You can recognize vegan products by the note "vegan" in our product highlights.
Are GOKOS products gluten-free?
All of our GOKOS products are gluten-free.
Are GOKOS products paraben-free?
All of our GOKOS products (with the exception of the GOKOS EyeLiner) are free from parabens.
Why are GOKOS products not only made of natural ingredients?
Our GOKOS products consist of high-quality, scientifically tested and skin-friendly ingredients - many are "natural" by definition, while others are not. We trust the power of nature and therefore always integrate herbal active ingredients. We also believe in science and its innovative, effective results. Therefore, we combine the best mix of both areas to offer you the best quality and most effective products.
Do GOKOS products contain nanoparticles?
Of course, our products do not contain any nanoparticles. In addition, our products GOKOS EyePrimer, GOKOS EyeKhol/Kajal incl. special edition, GOKOS LipColor, GOKOS LipCreator, GOKOS LipDesigner, GOKOS LipLiner special edition and GOKOS Concealer are free of microplastics.
How can I prevent my GOKOS EyeLiner from drying out when stored for a long time?
Our GOKOS EyeLiner works with the so-called capillary system. This means that the eyeliner ink is in a filled memory. The capillary action brings the ink to the tip. If the EyeLiner is stored with the tip pointing down for a long period of time, this capillary effect is made more difficult and the dyes can also be deposited. So that the ink flow works properly and the EyeLiner does not dry out, we recommend that you store your GOKOS EyeLiner horizontally.
What can I do if the product I want is no longer available?
If your favorite product is no longer available in our shop, simply enter your e-mail address on the product detail page and we will inform you as soon as you can buy your product again. We produce our products in-house and of course do our best to reproduce your favorite product as quickly as possible.
How can I redeem a voucher code?
You can redeem a voucher code directly in the shopping cart during the ordering process. Tip: Pay attention to the exact spelling and check that you have entered the correct capitalization and no extra spaces. You can only redeem a voucher code once and only before completing your order process. Unfortunately, subsequent redemption is not possible. Please also note that a voucher code can be linked to certain characteristics, such as minimum order value or duration.
How soon will I receive my order?
You can find the current delivery time of the products on the product detail page. We will also keep you up to date on the current shipping status of your order by email.
How can I track my order?

What can I do if I have received damaged goods?
We are very sorry that your order was not complete. Please contact our service directly at hello@gokos.de stating your order number and the missing product.
Can I exchange the GOKOS products?
Of course you can exchange unopened products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to our philosophy. In our store finder you will find various stationary shops where you can test your favorite products on site.
